In the course of the eighth meeting of the Coordination Committee for technical regulation, sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures the Memorandum on mutual understanding and cooperation in the plant quarantine field between the FSO "All-Russian Plant Quarantine Centre", AO "KazAgroInnovatsia" and the RUE "Institute of Plant Protection" was signed on April 5, 2011.

During the negotiations on wide variety of cooperation issues in the veterinary field between the CU members the parties reached an agreement that the Russian party will submit to the veterinary services of the other CU members the draft document regulating the three way exchange of information on modifications in the lists (registers) of companies producing controlled goods from the third countries interested in importation of such products to the CU territory.
