On October 31, the meeting of the representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor and General Customs Administration of the People’s Republic of China devoted to the completion of the working visit of the Chinese delegation to Russia took place in Moscow. 

On October 28-29, the 22nd meeting of the Russian-Vietnamese Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation with the participation of the Rosselkhoznadzor representatives is to be held in Hanoi (Vietnam). 

As part of the work carried out to increase the exports of Russian grain to the market of the Middle East countries, the Rosselkhoznadzor organized the visit of the representatives of the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources of the State of Kuwait to the Russian Federation in the period from July 14 to July 18. 

A meeting between Sergey Dankvert, Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor, and Hoang Trung, Director General of the Plant Protection Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam, was held as a closing meeting for the Vietnam auditors’ mission in Russia in Moscow on April 3, 2019. 

Julia Shvabauskene, Deputy Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor, negotiated to the representatives of the Plant and Animal Health Protection Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Brazil via video conference on February 1, 2019. Casam de Carvalho Coutinho, Agricultural Attaché of Brazil in Russia. and representatives of the Brazilian Embassy to Moscow also participated to the negotiations. 

On December 27, 2018 in the framework of the 7th meeting of the Mixed Russian-Thailand Commission on Bilateral Cooperation (Bangkok) a Protocol was signed between the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Russian Federation) and the Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives of the Kingdom of Thailand in the field of safety, quality and phytosanitary requirements for mutual supply of grain and products thereof. 

Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert met with Deputy Minister of Trade of the Republic of Iraq Jamil Ismail Haysem in Moscow on December 19. The representatives of the Grain Board of Iraq and the Embassy of Iraq in the Russian Federation also took part in the talks. 

On December 19, 2018 Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert will meet with Deputy Minister of Trade of the Republic of Iraq Jamil Ismail Haysam. 

The talks between the Rosselkhoznadzor and the representatives of the National Office for Food Safety of Morocco (ONSSA) were held in the format of a teleconference on September 25, 2018. 

On September 15-21, 2018 the delegation of specialists of the Department of Agricultural Extension of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh paid an official visit to the Russian Federation within the framework of the Rosselkhoznadzor program on boosting export of Russian grain. The aim of the visit was to get acquainted with the national system for grain and grain products safety and quality and to discuss the prospects of future bilateral cooperation.
